1. Age Requirement

You must be 13 years of age or older to use EssaiQ Relax. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. Users under 13 are strictly prohibited from using this service. If we learn that a user is under 13, their account will be immediately terminated and all data deleted, in compliance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).

If you are between 13 and 17 years old, you represent that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.

2. About EssaiQ Relax

EssaiQ Relax is a student productivity and relaxation app. It is operated by BloomTech Inc. and is a product under the EssaiQ brand family. Features include:

• Music for My Mood — mood-based music suggestions
• Quick Break — joke + guided breathing for short study breaks
• Get a Fresh Angle — grounded perspective on school situations (not mental health advice)
• My Planner — AI-assisted task prioritization across schoolwork, activities, sports, jobs, and other commitments
• Daily Vibe — a simple daily check-in (1–5 scale)

EssaiQ Relax is provided free of charge during Phase 1.

3. AI-Generated Content

Content on EssaiQ Relax — including jokes, music suggestions, task prioritization, and perspective reframes — is generated by artificial intelligence (Anthropic Claude). This content:

• Is for entertainment and personal organization purposes only
• May occasionally be inaccurate, incomplete, or not suited to your specific situation
• Does not constitute professional advice of any kind — academic, medical, mental health, or otherwise
• Is not affiliated with or endorsed by any music platform, artist, school, or third party

AI task prioritization in My Planner is a suggested starting point only. You are solely responsible for your own scheduling decisions. EssaiQ Relax and BloomTech Inc. are not liable for any outcome resulting from following AI-generated priority suggestions.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service if you are under 13 years of age
• Attempt to access other users' accounts or data
• Use the service to harass, harm, or bully others
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the service
• Provide false information during account creation

5. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Notify us immediately at support@essaiq.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

6. Intellectual Property

The EssaiQ name, logo, and all app content are owned by BloomTech Inc. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

7. Disclaimers

EssaiQ Relax is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Music links are provided for reference only — availability on third-party platforms (Spotify, YouTube) is beyond our control.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BloomTech Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of EssaiQ Relax.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms, including accounts belonging to users under 13. You may delete your account at any time.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
